Russia plans to discontinue offering rides into space in 2010 says the chief of the Russian Space Agency. The decision to discontinue service is a result of plans to include six astronauts on space shuttles starting in 2010 instead of the three that currently go up with the shuttle, leaving far less room for space tourists.
