Mars Rover's Robotic Arm Glitches Out....again

The Mars Rover has been experiencing a glitch in the motor since 2005, which restricted its ability to move sideways. However, on April 14th the motor glitched sooner than expected, which has NASA sitting in fear for they may not be able to use the Rover's robotic arm for "contact science" if the glitch gets any worse.
