These are some new images of Jupiter, taken in March 2007, by the Hubble telescope. These images will help scientists learn more about the content of the atmosphere. I thought they were really neat in how detailed they were. The infared one shows the energy radiating from the gaseous explosions taking place within the atmosphere. The largest mass is one of two continent sized storms documented by the images. Scientists are specifically studying how the heat from these massive storms affects the atmosphere.
